Just start. I can't even begin to tell you how much courage it has taken for me to take that first, single step!

I attended a webinar recently which was hosted by two established and successful Virtual Assistants. They were really encouraging and motivating. My take away from that particular webinar. Just start and get comfortable being uncomfortable. We all experience it, whether we're at the very beginning of "selling ourselves as a brand" or seasoned professionals about to speak at a conference.
Stepping out of our comfort zone is something some of us do and others don't but what we learn from stepping out of our comfort zone is this;
we are uncomfortable because we are challenging ourselves,
we are pushing our boundaries and through our learning, we are expanding the size of our comfort zone,
we are taking risks which become our growth experiences, and
we are learning to deal with change.
This transition will absolutely transform who I am and how I show up for myself, how I will support my clients, and even, when the opportunity presents itself, how I show up for a role in a company I'd choose to work for. I am hands down a virtual executive assistant with determination, tenacity, experience and a whole lot of soul!
